Being unbiased, ABC had nothing to do with Trump’s own choice to talk about eating pets, crowd size, promoting dictators, giving “concepts of a plan” but no platform. NONE of that had to do with ABC, the moderators, or even Harris. Those were ALL his choice to talk about.

Sure the moderators were biased, don’t deny it. But none of them made Trump say the crazy things he said (eating pets, crowd size whining, election denial, promoting dictators)… HE voluntarily said all that! Again, I’m not supporting her, but the way he spoke and what he spoke about he sunk himself. If it’s the moderators that won or lost the debate for Trump then CLEARLY he’s weaker than we thought. That means Trump couldn’t have won based on his own statements. Again, not supporting her here, just taking Trump’s statements unbiasedly.

Cameron. The amount of lies and the weight of them were no where near the same….fact checking in real time is very difficult. While I acknowledge that the moderators should have fact checked Harris as well, the fact remains that Trump has proven himself to only care about the truth when it's convenient for him. He tried to deceive the entire country about election fraud just because it didn't turn out in his favor. You seem to be implicitly supporting him, despite (hopefully) knowing that he is not going to change in this regard. That doesn't exactly support your claim to care about the truth.

It should be noted that Dana Walden, the co-chair of Disney and the head of ABC News, is a close friend of Kamala Harris. In fact, she's the one who introduced Doug Emhoff to Kamala. I wouldn't be surprised if she issued an order to David Muir and Lindsay Davis to go easy on Kamala and give non-stop fact-checks to Trump.

What is going on with these comments? I never cared for politics, but the current state of the US has forced me to. I have seen many platforms that don’t usually get involved in politics sound off on it now. There is no way you cannot have this on your mind constantly if you live in the US. We can no longer look the other way because we don’t want to face it. It is happening and if you have any kind of platform, you should be addressing it too. As a Christian you have to align with the candidate that will hold up Christian values even if that person is flawed and broken. God uses broken people all the time.

I would like to state here that I have enjoyed this channel for a few years now, and I find this take starkly out of line with it's typical effort for truth; dispassionate nuance; and a patient curiosity about the reality of things. Trump's constant distortion of reality requires accountability, and if you don't like Harris' positions on the variegated policies, that's okay, you have your opinions. But let's not blame Trump's insanity on the moderators-they did their job (and modestly, he lied also about inflation, the economy, and crime rates; all of which they left alone, to the informed viewer's mild chagrin), since he played his usual cards of conspiracy theories, fact-denying, and irresponsible nonsense. I appreciate the time and effort this channel has put into seeking the truth of things; so I feel compelled to state, out of that appreciation, that this video seems to have lost track of truth in both its focus and conclusions.
