ОтветитьI'm so glad tempeh included cause i love it, and i often eat it in my home, i have questions tho, what best way to eat it? Cause here in Indonesia, most of us fried it, we can also add it to soup-y chicken cooked coconut milk or sweet soy sauce chicken. It's so delicious

Ответитьthat not how fibers work actually, fibers only job is to get rid of waste,protein and carbs and fats are the one storing energy plus if we exersize then they get used giving energy to microbios, eating things with microbs is good but not too much

ОтветитьIt’s true, only plant based food contains fibers. I eat soy beans , fruits and 10 types of vegetables everyday to have a good gut health and good digestive system .

I'm starting a high (good) fats, high fibre diet to try and get some relief from extreme anxiety disorders (agoraphobia, ocd). I'm trying to make my food from scratch, sauses etc. Trying not to eat bread, refined sugar and processed foods. Definitely have more energy, esp in morning, after just a few days. I really hope it helps me get my life back. Watch this space ❤
