Day 1 ✅ It burned my shoulders soooo bad and I had to take breaks but still pushed through
Day2✅🔥😵 the burn felt worse?! Had to still take breaks after every exercise 😅 still pushed through at least tho 💪

Ответитьi just stopped doing ballet after a few years, and i really wanted to get into a workout routine. my friend showed me this video, and i am blown away! i just did it for the first time today, and did not drop my arms. those years of ballet (and holding my arms in place for different exercises) really paid off! the burn was incredible, so i'm going to add this to my workout routine and try to completely master it. thank you SO much!
ОтветитьHello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
