I wonder if the Hapsburg jaw is really a result of inbreeding or just another human genetic factor? My maternal uncle didn't marry any blood related cousin. His wife however, has a younger brother who's also having the Hapsburg jaw, but his wife's parents and grandparents (maternal & paternal) were not blood related cousins.
