ОтветитьI misjudged my grip on the 2nd exercise .. 😂 .. and almost landed on the floor. Love the first exercise .. helped my tight right shoulder blade and a bit lower too. Thank you again. 🙌🏻

ОтветитьI would be afraid of falling with door frame exercise crossing arms like that. Might work for you young guys but not great for old ladies. Please give us an alternative to it that will not put us in danger by losing our grip! Also anything on the floor is definitely no longer possible never mind not easy . So please give us more help with stretches that can be done sitting or standing . One of the big problems with exercises like these is that by the time you have that kind of back pain it is not an easy task to do them. Please keep this in mind and create the kind of exercises that are possible with these limitations .
ОтветитьHello Doc new subscriber here. Thank you for all your videos! I suffer from spasms that feel like vibrations when I sit a certain way or when I toss and turn during sleep. They don't hurt but I will feel them thru out my body until I sit correctly or straighten my back. What videos would you suggest to help me. Had MRI and it showed arthritic changes in my L4,L5,S1 and also in the middle of my back ( don't remember which vertabrae). I am 50+ lbs over weight and going to do my best to lose that belly fat and weight to see if that helps, don't want to have surgery if I can help it. Had two epidural last year and they didn't help with the spasms.
ОтветитьHi DrRowe, I have a bad fall from my bicycle and my chest was hitting on the ground. After that I felt the pain on my ribs bone as well. It happened around 2 weeks ago, is there any physio therapy I could do at now? Or I just need to let it heal by times? Hope that you can give me advise, appreciated much.

ОтветитьHi! Can uneven jaw and bite to affect your posture and your pelvis? My jaw is stronger on right side and clicking on left side and I have a lot of problem with back and hips. Can affect this? I did a lot of exercises for back and hips but doesnt work...

ОтветитьNow those were some good ones. It's hard to remember all these to keep things feeling good, I wonder if there is something you could make like a small stretch card setup that has each stretch on a card describing how to do it, pocket reference type thing.
