I’m starting to think that GxAce is actually an embodied avatar of Gear Acquisition Syndrome because I want to buy new gear every time a video comes out
Ответитьgreat if you're rich and u can go through film without worrying about spending money
here a roll of film is about 7 or 8 dollars these days so to any hobby photographist shooting film in general is becoming less and less desirable as it's just way too expensive to try out new 'old' camera's these days without a horrible price tag of the film cost and the development or chemicals and scans.
it kinda ruins the whole fun for me that I had about 3-4 years ago when film still seemed affordable for everyone and not just people who advertise it
Thanks!
ОтветитьWhy did you get rid of your GFX100? Or was it just a loan camera?
ОтветитьHas anyone noticed that the Hasselblad Xpan shutter button that appears in the video is not the original? I have the Fuji TX1 and that wooden button in the video cannot be screwed in any way. It appears to have been glued over the original shutter release, which seems a bit risky on a camera of this value.
ОтветитьThe image aesthetics and music selection is impeccable. Each frame in this video makes me want to push forward to the screen, I'm not even a photographer and still every second of it made me want to know more about every unknown story all these photos hide. I'm so invested every time I play this video it feels like I'm watching the best movie ever for the first time all over again
Btw, where do you find this kind of music?
i wish cameras werent so expensive
Ответитьim looking to buy the xt-1 am i able to take the same shots on it as the xpan?
ОтветитьHow does the internet read my thoughts and recommend what I ask for in my head
ОтветитьI aim to be at least 10% as talented as you are, an ABSOLUTE GENIUS!
Ответить🤑
ОтветитьI truly love your vidéos ! Just curious how you do your robot voice ? what software ?
ОтветитьThis is always the video I send to people who have never seen GxAce. This is the gateway drug.
ОтветитьYour channel and videos are just beautiful very good and beautiful result, it's a pleasure to watch you, good luck, 👍
ОтветитьIt's like a christofer Nolan movie
Ответитьno
ОтветитьYou are CINEMA
ОтветитьFilm uhh
ОтветитьWhen this video released, it randomly showed up in my recommendations. I fell into a deep film photography rabbit hole, and now, 8 months later, i‘m the proud owner of two film cameras and I also just got my first Leica. Thank you, Gx. Thanks for introducing me to this wonderful world of film photography.
Ответитьthis gave me the same chills as I get watching the beggining of bladerunner
Ответитьbest of your work that i saw up to now, xpan-china-colors-framing was a delight to watch
ОтветитьAfter watching the video I immediately set my Hasselblad X1dii to Xpan crop mode to try
ОтветитьI'm just a newbie camera guy with a Canon Rebel T7 (1500D) using 18-55mm and 50mm f1.8 lens. All I can do is dream of these high end camera and gears.
ОтветитьThis video is such a vibe! Why didn’t I discover your Chanel earlier❤
ОтветитьYour videos have always been good. Yes, I see the new name and upgrade with the technology you are using BUT I would just get rid of the rather creepy moments here and there. To me (and a couple of friends that watch you as well) that is distracting and throw away the flow of the viewer away (at least some of us). Anyhow, just a humble opinion. Thanks for the Vids.
ОтветитьSound track ID?
Ответитьhello world
Ответитьbro lives in the rough part of china damn
Ответитьdamn
ОтветитьWhere do you get your background music?
ОтветитьI never comment on videos. But this is the best and most engrossing camera review i have ever seen. it goes against the norms and makes a simple video unbelievably cinematic. 11/10
ОтветитьYES !!! The Xpan is a beautiful camera - MADE for cinema visionaries. Instant 2:76 AR if anything all you need to do is FRAME up your vision & GO! It’s not cheap … but if your a film maker this is where you begin as a cinematographer / film maker for real. Start with this analogue camera & hone your vision. I bet you Chris Nolan has one … or has thought about it. It makes you SLOW drown & THINK about the frame MORE & from there all you need is good cinema scores to fill your heart as you point your way through a world of magical imagery.
ОтветитьThis video took me back to the feeling I had watching Akira for the first time!
It's an ode to the camera, it's origin and the images it produced.
Well done!
This pictures look like they where all overworked with software
ОтветитьUm, that's silly. I don't need a camera for that. My editing skills do that for me. Yawn.
Ответитьyour videos are amazing, like Blade Runner meets Star Wars meets something in the future i have yet to see.
ОтветитьThis video is single handedly responsible for re-igniting my love of photography, the content that Gxace produces is exactly what I want to engage with and exactly why I don't need to watch TV anymore
ОтветитьDoes the tx-1 have the ability to shoot regular 24x36 as well as the pano? I know the x-pan has the little switch in the back to go back and forth, but I can't seem to find any info about the tx-1 having that ability?
ОтветитьYou're wrong about the smaller format with wider+faster lens being able to recreate 'exactly' what you get from a bigger format with a longer+slower lens. It's not just resolution that's affected.
ОтветитьHoly shit, does anyone know the title of the track from the intro?
ОтветитьHey dude, what LUTs are you using on these vids? Love the look and feel! Thanks.
Ответитьthis is gonna sound weird but what kind of camera do i need to have similar photos like this grainy old style/vintage look plz someone help?
ОтветитьI don't understand much about cameras but great video man, really good content
ОтветитьI rly wish some company would make a digital version
ОтветитьDefinitely gives me Bladerunner 2049 vibes tbh 🤫
ОтветитьUsually I use filters, such as black mist from Kase or Nisi, it will bring your photos into frames from a movie.
ОтветитьIt just stinks that the electronics in the xpan will prolly fry rendering the camera useless if you can’t throw down a k for repair
ОтветитьIk this is a late comment, and the video was great! I was wondering what song was in the first photo montage of the video?
Ответить
