Hello Dr. After implant, when the screw was open to put the crown, little blood came out and it tasted bad and smelly, is it Normal to little blood come out once the screw was open, i am just worried if blood stuck there, if it will cause any problem.

Implants are expensive and dentals make lots of money was my thinking until watched this video. Wtf, they deserve that money.

I'm currently going through braces treatment and have 1 less tooth in my bottom jaw (that's a long story tho). I was recently given the option of expanding the biggest gap I have and getting an implant or to just close up the gaps. I'm so glad I chose to just close the gaps and live with one less tooth bc there's no way I'd put myself through that. It was sore enough the last time my braces got tighned and started the process of closing the gaps (I couldn't even eat my McDonald's 😭). Idc if my teeth won't be perfect alligned bc if I can live with a curved spine I can live with an unalligned set of bottom teeth. (If u got this far into my rant thanks for reading and if u didn't then aw well)

Im having this done tomorrow, 3 teeth pulled and 3 immediate implants, and im terrified 😭 i should never have watched this 💔🤦🏼‍♀️

Update: ended up having the teeth pulled and bone graft done only. Won't have the implants until October. I was terrified, but they actually give you pills that end up knocking you out and cause you to fall asleep through the whole thing (ask for oral sedation). They kicked in, in about 15 minutes and next I knew it was over and they were waking me up lol. I'm not nervous at all now about Octobers implants just because I had no clue about the oral sedation. If you have oral sedation, you'll be fine. I'm proof. I was so scared I was literally sick and shaking. But I swear to you.... The pills DO make you fall asleep. They work so well, that I was even having conversations afterwards, walking around like normal all day, but didn't remember any of that the next day lol so make sure to take someone you trust because you definitely won't know what you're doing as far as after prep wise and will need help. And they also made me a clear retainer to wear with teeth that resemble the ones that are missing, so that's been nice to have when I'm out and about and talking. Any questions though... what hurts more extracting an adult tooth or tooth implant ????

im going to get these done, but my dentist offers iv sedation (as in i wont remember a thing) so if you have very high anxiety but need this done, see if any places that offer iv sedation are within your price range or take your insurance :)

My Wife just had 7 implants in Turkey. She was lucky to fine this Dentist. He removed three failing teeth and put implants in straight away. She didn't feel a thing except the vibration. Her mouth is healing now after 3 weeks. She was going to have it done in Dublin but found out it was a scam by the Dentist. Charging 160 euro's and saying she was not suitable. Even though the Turkish Dentist did it with no problems.

I have a big cavity in my 1st molar and I tried to attend for a root canal and the insurance don’t pay for it and I can’t afford for root canal and I wouldn’t mind extraction for a dental implant but I also can’t afford a dental implant.😞I wish I would’ve took my teeth serious.. this is all lessons.. idk what to do now im so fucked in every way possible.
