i got a question. ive learned that if a thing push down cus of gravity, its called action force. while the push up with an equal force called reaction force. but why i saw in my textbook said when the book on a table, the up one is reaction, while below is action. why?

any one watching this please don't confuse yourself thinking that in the block and normal force example the block applied mg no it didn't applied mg it applied an normal to the other body they are both normal forces (in 3rd law forces are of same nature
