I wish I had this particular knowledge twenty plus years ago because I had to find out the hard way on multiple occasions that some people are like caterpillars. You try to help to become a butterfly but, they refuse to go into their cocoon and change. They rather to keep consuming the leaves off your tree until you have no more leaves left and they move onto to the next tree. And then there are those who are so unlucky in life that you have to keep a distance from them. I mean you want to be an asshole to people but, you still have to keep a distance from the unlucky and miserable because it's true that misery loves company. And the miserable will try to bring you down because they hate that someone close to them has more.

You will die if you deal with miserable people and they know it. Their negativity, self hate, and overall lack of satisfaction with their own lives will make you their TARGET. They will mistreat you, lie to you, with hold money, use you, with hold housing, stalk you, and violate your privacy via technology ALL to serve their miserable cause. Run...hide...and refuse them. Be wise...they are destroyers of life!!!

Man let me tell you a story. I was happy at the start of the year so so happy and mentally strong. Everything in my life was going well. A woman very good looking came into my life. All kinds of issues and past traumas, negativity, ptsd, bi polar. You name it. She insisted we got in a relationship and I did. Fell in love and as time went by my mental strength got weaker, I got weaker and weaker, she broke up with me 6 months later. I fell even more, depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety you name it. It was horrible everything slowly turned upside down since she came into my life. And now I’m having to rebuild myself and everything up again.

Fun fact, this is the same Ludwig who helped start oktoberfest. He had married his queen Theresa, and the first oktoberfest was simply a grand wedding reception for the entire town of Munich. Queen Therese divorced him because of his adultery with Lola, and years later the people named the field which they celebrate oktoberfest to this day after HER the queen.

While this is true, nobody should just be left in the gutter because they’re see as unlucky. That’s so cold. You could be leaving the best person behind because of how they seem. People will forget someone who was happy just because they had some bad years and down on their luck? Not right. We all deserve consideration and ya know what? That guy or girl you left behind could be the next leader of the free world. I do understand this rule because I have been on both sides of the spectrum, both as the one seen as unlucky, and also as a friend observing another friend who seemingly was dragging me down.

This LAW is EVERYTHING...it took awhile for me to get it together, but when I finally did it was over with for so many people. It takes time, just be consistent and stay focused on yourself.

You can apply this to strangers or ppl you could care less. But toxic parents..you cannot turn around and ignore them. The bible speaks to respect parents.
