Okay so i like most of these excersices so im going to try.
Starting 1/10/22
I won‘t be weighting myself, im just looking for visible results! Im gonna update if i see anything :)
Day one: couldnt complete the whole one
Day two: Also couldnt really complete it but i did more than yesterday! :)
Day three: I did 3 mins for now but im gonna continue in the afternoon!
Didnt continue lol
Day four: Did do more than the other days but still couldnt complete
Day five: Didnt do the full one because my back made noises while doing the Oblique crunch

That plank is a very hard one to do as a beginner, especially when you don't weigh 120lbs.

Summer Shred Challenge (May 2020)
- Day 8: I really like this workout! A few exercises (two or so) I'm not really getting yet, with new exercises it always takes me a while to figure out what Chloe's doing there and how to coordinate that but I moved somehow, so that's fine. Did the jumping skaters because those are more fun and my family is awake anyway (or they should be, I mean, it's like 12.30 - not in the night, at day :D).
- Day 10: Still fun, now I know how to coordinate almost all exercises, except for the oblique crunches, I kinda cross my legs during those, I'm pretty sure that's wrong.
But holy shit, a few exercises I can do faster as Chloe! That's so cool!
- Day 13: Easy. :)
- Day 16: Fun! And I finally checked how those oblique crunches work. xD
- Day 20: Still nice. But during the next one today I'm going to die, I'm pretty sure about that.
- Day 23: This is really great as a warm up. Although I still find it peculiar that it's a workout without jumping and Chloe still says "let's jump into it" in the beginning. :D By the way I literally thought "oh, already?" when Chloe said there were only three exercises left. So, yeah, going well!
- Day 26: And I took an over a month long break. So, I could do it but it isn't that nice and easy anymore.
- Day 26 (second try): I didn't finish the day last time, now more than half a year has passed, I did another Chloe Ting challenge during that time (I also had phases where I didn't do much sport at all), at the moment I'm not doing as much of her workouts, more other sports, especially climbing but I still want to finish that challenge. :D I already did day 27 a month ago, now I'm up for day 26 again although I'm a bit scared because it really is a lot of workouts. This one went fine. Let's see if I make it through the other ones! If I don't manage the last days well enough I have a contract with myself that I'll do the whole challenge again, so the game is on!
