How to Mix and Pour Epoxy Resin for Beginners

“If you pour 3 oz of part A , you pour 3 oz of part B”. So does that mean, when you pour 2:1 , you pour 6oz of part A , and only 3oz of part B ?

What did you use to mix the resin? I mean the eletric mixer. Can you share a link of it? Thank you.
