I am a medicine student, and i hate it, i am forced to study this for my parents, but i hate stem subjects, even if i am good at them, i just cant find myself happy, and cant imagine myself being a doctor in the future, which decreases my motivation to study, i study abroad and talked to parents about it, but still i am trying to convince myself that this is the thing that can make me some money and be needed in the job market, but i hate it, i wish i was a gemologist, or a jewler, invest, houses...etc. help me to figure out how can i study this thing

Ok so for a while up until 8th grade I would never study and I didn't really care about my grades but when 9th grade started I wanted to go to go and learn but yet I still didn't study any of the things I learned but I still got a pretty good grade for the first semester 89% actually, I can't say the same about the second one I drastically dropped to an 80% but yet again I didn't study at all. Then the third one I went up a few and got an 84%. I always wonder if I'm gifted since I was able to go back up a bit. I thought that maybe I just had a decent memory even though I don't study. When it comes to actual school work I tend to not do all of it. I'm always saying to myself that I have to finish this before the deadline and when that deadline comes I turn it in anyway even though I know I didn't do all of it. I don't really know how to explain my problem. I have to do things but I just don't want to. When I'm presented with methods to fix it I don't so them. It's like I don't want to do any work at all. It's like if I set rules and boundaries for myself I know that I can just ignore them and do whatever I wanted.

So I live in India, and my least favorite subject is Sanskrit (it's an older Indian language), and it's compulsory. it's just too much memorization and spelling.

I'm a 14 y.o who REALLY wants to be good at math (and at other things but i'd like to begin with math) but I have different distractions that aren't social media. You see, I live in a small apartment with my parents and both of my siblings and my biggest distraction is my sister (who i share a room with) and I can't study with her always asking me to do things when I want to study.

Also, I really want to start to study math but I don't know WHERE to start. If anyone sees this comment, tips are VERY appreciated
