I actually love animal heads too (ok that sounded weird 😂) - there’s so much meat with different textures, in all the nooks and crannies! And that pigeon pastilla looked phenomenal. I think pastilla has to be the number one Moroccan food I’d like to try!!

I'm a bit jealous! Your sheep head had way more meat than ours. Ours came with all the skin, eat and a whole face though. 😂
We have tried camel, but certainly not the spleen! Super interesting.

Eating lamb's head is one of our famous dishes, notice ! we do not eats the eyes hhhh u can get it off ..and babush with herbs is good for health .really You should say extreme foods when you go china where it's eats cats dogs n insects ..exct 😄 . For us, the extreme food is pork

Loved the video! Such extreme food, guys! Alarbi is quite the chef! Couldn't believe the size of the spleen 😳! It's so neat to see the food that we would never see in Canada, especially the lamb head and pigeon! Also, the food is so beautifully presented.
