3 flashes coleman furnace combustion air switch failed to close that was the problem thank you..
ОтветитьThank you so much.
ОтветитьMy man you probably saved me $200. Thank you.
ОтветитьThis saved my issues, the hairpin in the practice I felt the obstructions. The unit function properly. I am certain a technician would have charged $$$.
ОтветитьI've searched and viewed many related videos and yours was the simplest and most direct. I followed your steps and voilà, it came on and lit up! I didn't do the "Jump" step though. At any rate, it's working now. Thank you!
ОтветитьYou saved me brother! I blew into the main switch like you said and re connected it and it fired right up! Oh my god thank you so much!!!!
ОтветитьOn my Amana furnace it is not a positive pressure switch, It is a negative pressure switch. The contacts on my are normally open and then when I suck on the hose the contacts close. My switch was flakey so I replaced it and that solved my problem.
ОтветитьThank u for your info it helped me to fix my farnace ❤
Ответитьperfect, working now , thank you
ОтветитьThank you so much for making this video! Got home tonight with heat not kicking on and this video pop up from my flashing code and followed along and it worked!
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video
ОтветитьI’m 27 years young, you guys just saved me a small fortune . Tired of calling that guy every 6 months it seems
ОтветитьTried cleaning the port with a wire but it didn't resolve the problem. I don't know how to clean/test the flue for an obstruction since it is tightly coupled to the unit.
ОтветитьYou just saved me hundreds of dollars. Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you so much! I'm a 40's lady and I fixed our furnace with a hair pin as you showed at 4'50". I feel like a superwoman now😁
ОтветитьThanks. Did exactly as you recommended cleaning nipples, blowing the hoses, making sure the diagpragm clicking. Worked like a charm.
ОтветитьIt's -5°F out and you just fixed my furnace. Coincidentally your furnance is nearly identical to mine
ОтветитьMY MAN!!! I've been trying to troubleshoot the different components of my furnace for a couple days. I was ready to order a new pressure switch. After your video I checked the hose. BOOM! Problem fixed. Thanks so much.
ОтветитьThank you for your video. One of my furnice stopped working this morning. After watching your video, I fixed it by blowing into the piple to 'excercise' the pressue switch. I plan to repalce the switch with a new one soon. But you can imagine what a joy to get heater back in a bitter cold winter weekend without calling the service man.
ОтветитьI had an issue with my thermostat, had a loose wire and the issue was fixed.
Thank you for sharing!!!
Thank you. Spent most of the day trying to get the furnace going. Just about to give up and call for repair. Then i came across your video and got it going.
ОтветитьI purchased a new pressure switch based on the error messages, but it didn’t fix my issue. Then I found your video, tried the bobby pin trick and it’s working perfectly. You just saved me from paying a couple of hundos to an HVAC tech. Thank you!
ОтветитьDamn man! You saved $160 on diagnostics and god knows how much more! I ended up buying igniter before I watched the video and they don’t take returns of electronics! Easy fix but I spent $80 on igniter!
ОтветитьChalk up another save to Leo! Thank you my friend. Rainy day in San Diego but this video fixed my heater.
Ответитьmy problem was one of the wires going to the pressure switch was damaged. for about 3 years it would work for a few days then furnace wouldnt kick on. i had a hvac guy even come out. of course everything worked fine when he came over. i finally just left my ladder on the side of the house to climb up and down from unit. i was conviced it was the board or the pressure switch after 3 winters. it was so annoying and frusterating that it would work sometimes and not sometimes. finally i watched your video and found the injured wire because of this video. u da man
ОтветитьThats a LOT of corrosion, that is the underlying issue. Eventually your heat exchange will crack due to corrosion. Could be vent run rise issue allowing condensation to run backwards
ОтветитьReplaced 3 things on the furnace with no luck. Got to this vid, performed the steps but no luck. But I did notice in the immediate inside of the orifice theres something that looks like rust that I can't scrape off with the bobby pin. Any recommendations, clean with alcohol or wd40?
ОтветитьDude, this is a 2 year old video just wanted to let you know that this resolved my issue. Thank you stranger!
ОтветитьThank you, and God bless you !
ОтветитьMajor Kudos for making this video, neighbor. This has worked for me as well.
ОтветитьSpot on my guy Everything you said is 100 %accurate and the fixed worked for me.
ОтветитьYep you ROCK!
ОтветитьWorked like a charm...thanks man
ОтветитьAppreciate the video... I ran through all the steps and am still getting the three lights blinking any additonal suggestions...
ОтветитьThank you. Able to resolve my furnace issu
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьThank you. The pin trick fixed my problem, saved some out-of-pocket money, and a bunch of time.
Ответить2 years later I found your video and after getting weirdly intimate with the pressure switch it's working perfectly again. Thanks friend!
ОтветитьThank you. I haven't tried to clear a blockage yet but it may have self-cleared or something, and I know where the switch, its wires, and tube are now on mine in my apt.
I live in a complex/group of complexes that woefully underserves its residents on maintenance.
I,m from Canada it worked, thank you very much, may God continue to bless you.
ОтветитьSaved my tail brother. 👍🏼
ОтветитьJust did this and it worked great thanks for the info
ОтветитьThis guy is a straight up G for this video! The hose on my switch was clogged up. Working fine now. Still saving people money after 2 years
ОтветитьPulling that house off was hell and putting it back on was worse than the first time getting done at the rear end. I don't know if all hoses are like that, but I have been trying to get my hoes back on for the last hour 😮😢😊
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video and diagnostic routine!! I just got home from fixing my mom's furnace on a long-weekend Sunday. There was gunk built up in the orifice and removing it with a pin like you suggested did the trick!
ОтветитьYou got a friend on me from Argentina!!!!, Best regards!!!!. You saved to me!!!
ОтветитьGreat life saver tip! Helped me from another potentially costly trades man
ОтветитьGreat video and Thank You for making it 😊
ОтветитьThank you so much Leo! You just saved me about $300. Your advice was perfect! I had to pull out the fan assembly and actually drill out that little channel, but it all went back together very easily!! It fired right up. You're the best!!!
