i'm Catholic but this video is so helpful, i'm 18 and it seems like overpowering lust is so normalized it's hard to ignore it. May the lord help my spirit.

I think lust is the most poweful weapon the devil has in his arsenal.

I have struggled with an addiction to pornography and lust for years now, however through this video God finally revealed to me that I need to stop idolizing my own desires and instead focus only on Him. I didn’t even see the gaping lack of love in my heart , but thanks to God he has finally shown his light on it. God deliver me from my addictions, in JESUS mighty name Amen!!!!!

Ive lost agaibst lust i went to the internet and watched awefull things, father forgove me and have mercy upon me a sinner, this helped me alot thank you man...

I've been struggling with masturbation just after converting to Christianity. I think it's stupid and I know that it pulls me back from God, but when the temptation comes, all of my clever thoughts just disappear and I end up doing it again and again..I cant fight it... I know that the only way to win with satan is through the Jesus Christ but when the temptation comes I just dont want to do it. After failing, I'm feeling bad and I'm scared of hell, because I know that the world may end even now
