OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUUUUUUU!!!!!!!! THIS WAS MY MOM'S CHILDHOOD!!! (even tho she wasn't born yet when it aired) YAY YAY!!!!! I didn't like how Strawberrys hair turned pink over the years,
she was more cuter with ginger hair, I loved the vintage Strawberry Shortcake! I tried to watch it on Pluto tv but they didn't have it.. And when we were cleaning my grandma that passed away old apartment (the grandma that I have now was helping) my mom only has a crusty musty dusty care bear book that she colored in, and my mom has none of the old VHS of the world of Strawberry Shortcake!! She watched it her whole life and she had none!? I gotta show this to her!

I grew up with the early 00s version of Strawberry Shortcake but I remember my mom finding the Big Apple City movie on VHS and I would watch it all the time when I was little. It’s so pleasant being able to see it again.

Question, so is this all of the episodes of the original Strawberry Shortcake combined for a full-length movie?

Honestly, I'm surprised a package film like this didn't get considered at all. The potential was literally right there.

With that said, I believe 2 1/4 hours is much too long for a package feature. I would cut down a lot of the time chosen here to make it more bearable. Maybe one or two of the specials would have to be cut altogether. Who knows?

Now, if it was made in reality, I think they'd split the difference. I believe a limited theatrical release is in order, then a home video release 2-3 months after.

And if the recut was released like this, I think people would have mistook it for a new production. I know I thought The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh was a full feature on its own, so this could be like that for the 80s girl audience.
