ОтветитьMay I ask, are these all stretches that I can do? I'm 53 and have had a lumbar fusion. I've allowed myself to get completely out of shape.
I was once an athlete with an athletic heart. Now I feel, if I don't do something, I won't be alive much longer to enjoy my son growing into young adulthood.

Thank you so much for doing this, I really appreciate your channel because waiting to see if physical therapist is a 6 to 8 week wait. And I’m sure it definitely helps those that have high deductibles and can’t afford to see a therapist

ОтветитьA chiropractor did damage to my thoracic spine (I was there to be treated for migraines... not crack my back). Over the years, the pain came and went. Today, it's been back with a vengeance! While the area is very inflamed, these exercises seem to have helped some today. I'll keep them up... I know they will do me good. Thanks! 😊

ОтветитьI don't really know what exactly happened but yesterday my back suddenly started hurting, and I'm unable to breathe comfortably. It hurts so much, I tried this exercise and it only gave me just a tiny bit of relief, it still hurts tho.

ОтветитьGreat mid back stretches. Should of been doing these before my weight lifting sessions. Having mid back spasms especially when sitting or relaxing in recliner or bed. Think maybe I pinched a nerve from my lifting workouts. These stretches already seem to make that area feel better and loose. Thank you👍🙏

ОтветитьI'm 25 and having Mid Back pain as well and sometimes When I inhale it hurts my back at the same time 😢. I feel so stressed already I'm overthinking and I was crying . When I feel something in my body I always search for Doctor Jo and she's a life saver 🥺🥺. I hope that this exercise will help my mid back feel better too 🥺
