Philips Series 1200 & 2200 Automatic Coffee Machines - How to Install and Use

I am very dissatisfied with mine!
It is uncapable of brewing good espresso. My old classic espresso machine was much better!

Has anyone else struggled with the steam button? Every time i press it, it keeps getting out steam from the side not from the milk frother what am i doing wrong?

This is such good marketing. This will be the first ever coffee machine that I'm gonna buy and I was a little bit nervous because I didn't exactly know how to properly use it. This video is a great, simple and easy way to show us how it works. Thanks guys!

Is the water hardness still accurate if i left the swab unter the tap water for 5 to 10 seconds @Philips? I got all excited and skipped that part of the manual accidently ;) ..

Dear philips support. I want to adjust and change the degree of coffee grinder. When can I do this function? In your vidio shows when the machine turns on and the grinder works at a time she changes the coffee grinder but I think it can be damaged. Can I adjust it when the coffee machine turns off ??

How do I clean and descale the machine

It didn’t rinsed water from forther. Only coffee head. Anything wrong?

Dear Phllips support, my machine EP 1220/00 came without the aqua water clean filter. Can I USE it without that or do I need to buy one filter?

Got mine yesterday. Followed the setup steps in the user manual. But when the machine is heated up and in standby mode, when I select espresso, it cycles through the 4 buttons (espresso, coffee, hot water steam) just like when the machine is first starting up. I don't think it should do that when it's already heated up and ready to go. Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?

how does the steamer perform? does it really sweeten the milk?

Hello, i have a hotel and plan to order this product for guests on Buffee table to use it by them could someone who already has it please tell me do you think if it would be too hard for them to use it by them? We also have filter coffee and cappucino coffe to mix it beside this so they have other options. I hope someone answers me before buying it thank you !

the preground cofee stopped working adn i cannot understand why , it just pouring out water with a flavour of cofee and it spits the cofee , i dont understand the reason

The coffee maker is good. I've been using for 2 years. BUT... the onside gets so nasty as they have put a nice cover on a very bad mechanical design. Mold is guaranteed.

Dear Philips, I would like to ask something. I have series 2200. I put my pre ground coffee in machine. Then select the pre ground option. But the machine gives me just water like there is no coffee inside. Why is it happening?

When I first bought it, I was able to get milk foam up to half of the glass, but for the last 2 weeks, there is no milk foam, it just boils the milk! what is the problem?
