As a former paramedic that saw plenty of spine injuries in during my career, if someone severed their c3, that's not really an injury that would be easily recovered from but most definitely not one that someone could be riding a motorcycle after. And having multiple knee replacements, I had to learn how to drive using both feet - if I didn't want to use hand controls that is - but I was given a whole list of things I'm no longer allowed to do and riding a horse and a motorcycle are at the top of that list! I can't even ride a roller coaster - which sucks since going to Cedar Point every summer is something I do a lot - but if my leg dangles down I can't do it. It would be a zillion times worse if my back was injured on top of my knee. A C3 is pretty dangerous and if he truly did sever his spine there and was able to recover I applaud his drive to do that! I just don't believe a word that comes out of his mouth
