Ответитьthe physiatrist i initially saw for my first herniated cervical disc didn’t believe i had one so he prescribed stretches like you said not to do for “myofacial pain syndrome” after 3 months of painful PT he didn’t want to change anything or order imaging. i had to pull the “put a note in my chart that you declined to order further testing” and he begrudgingly ordered the MRI and found the disc pressing on my spinal cord so bad it had to be removed.
