Belgian waffles, but depends on the pancakes. Last year on a road trip with our family to see the Eclipse, we stayed at an airbnb home, and though the pan and utensils were not ones we were used to, the pancake mix we brought Birchbender brand) made the BEST pancakes I have ever tasted! Never had them that good since. 🎉 Must be because they were made with a lot of love... and fried in butter. 😊
