Whatever you do, don't choose Biberk! If you care about your employees, just don't do it! From an employee standpoint, they stink.

If your employer has contracted with Biberk Insurance for their workers' comp needs, they should pull the policy. Check now before you become injured.

This is THE worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

My husband was injured at work on May 4th. MAY 4th! Let that sink in a minute. He has a torn ACL, torn menisci, and fractures to both his tibia and fibula. MAY 4th!

The only reason we know his injuries is because I took him to urgent care the day it happened.

Since then, Biberk has been inconsiderate, unprofessional, and refuses to contact my husband about his injuries, medical care, or payment while he's missing work.

He has had no medical care in 2.5 months! This is unconscionable.

I'm reporting Biberk to the Texas Division of Insurance and to whatever federal regulatory board exists that oversees insurance companies.

An employee shouldn't have to wait 2+ months for medical care because they were injured at work. His employer is also getting a full report and we're recommending they, too, pull their business from Biberk.

What a ridiculous and unprofessional way to do business. Shame on you!

Hey terry wilson you are very unprofessional for not replying back to my emails when I stated to you that you give me the wrong insurance for my business and the only reason you got away with it was becuase your company is out of state and I still got charged the fee but I'm glad I had canceled it so i won't be charged next time around so I thank you for taken my hard earned money and trust me sir I will put this on the review so everyone can see it so enjoy the little $66 dollars you took from me will be the last. I leave everything in god hands.
