Nice Fred! The best from LB1NH in Oslo Norway ;-)
ОтветитьShould be a good rx on 11 and using a 11 meter antenna.. But great for tweaking the qrn if you have it locally and getting a decent s/n ration..
ОтветитьVery clean receive amazing 👍
Ответитьi'm sure you can turn these into panadapters
ОтветитьThere is always something new and refreshing in the radio world. I agree that you have a very respectful group Fred. I always enjoy your local chatter. Thanks so much for sharing Fred. This hobby is really starting to expand into parts unknown. lol
ОтветитьSuch a clean recieve there fred on side band , not any we’re near as good , over here . Think the two 5 g towers have some thing to do with it .
ОтветитьThere is a good bunch of lads here in the Midlands and I have made many friends. Long Live CB radio. A few of us are always on 27.500 USB having a bit of a chinwag and I bet that happens around the world. I do love this hobby, the best thing I ever came back to and you can't say that about a lot of things LOL.
ОтветитьThat's a good range of accents there Fred
ОтветитьYour SDR is very impressive. Thank you Fred.
ОтветитьFrid in the shed your malachite v4 sdf trasreciver is cool
ОтветитьMalachite seems to be working really good, amazing for such a small box :)
ОтветитьStans Bleading in to the Lower Sidband a bit or is he nextdoor to you Fred?
ОтветитьHi Fred what’s the frequency coverage?
ОтветитьAnyone wanna buy a 30 amp power supply, a kl 203p and a silver rod? I also have about 30 metres of 213 coax. I'm after a 60 amp power supply.
ОтветитьMore fine work bruva Fred from tottenham 😊
ОтветитьHas nobody thought to Tel the "Stan in the van" that he is over deviating? Not sure what rig he is using, but he needs to either switch it to "narrow" or compress his out put audio.
Take a look at your band scope,,,, he is 10Khz wide. Should and only needs to be 3Khz for ssb. This is called widebanding or "splatter" . He won't be popular with anyone who is trying to use the +or- frequencies.
Stan in the Van needs to look at his setup.....splattering
ОтветитьYour freinds are pretty funny on the cb radio nice sdr device fred.
ОтветитьI'm not a big fan of NR/DSP, and generally never use it. How well is it receiving with NR "off" and NB "ON"? Thanks!
ОтветитьTHANKS FRED,,
ОтветитьDue to policy reasons, this product does not exist??
ОтветитьLike this video, reminds me of my teens... Really great to see CB is still going. with the doppler effect on the go... Can you scan on the frequency? (eg tune it in)
I will watch more on yours... (albeit non idea why you wouldn't get licensed; except to the cost of radios lol)
The real question is does it have a tracking or listing device in it! Great vid! Since I can't make the trip from Westcoast U.S.A on my radio 711 Southern Oregon waving a hand!
ОтветитьI've heard this guy on my uv-5r in Guildford
ОтветитьUnfortunately it’s still a knockoff
Ответить@Fred I have a question for you good Sir. I notice in this video and in the video covering the full functions of this version 4 Malachite, the space above and below the water fall seem so be in the middle or equal distance. How did you make that adjustment for the screen? (By the way after seeing you full review of this SDR, I purchased one myself. I've had it for a few days and I'm very impressed with it! When I connected my active loop antenna to this SDR it springs to life! Great DXing radio.
Ответитьhi. does it work well in AIR BAND ?? thanks
Ответитьone nine for a copy cb wanker
