AI Upscaling: Enjoy your content in 4K or higher | Samsung

Samsung you are not helpful in providing any video support with your tv settings. I have a Samsung Q950TS 8k tv and the HDMI 4 that promises 8k resolution acts worse then the HDMI 1 in terms of color blending and sharpness. 4k gives me a better picture then native 8k, nowhere can I see the settings for ai upscaling. I have intelligent mode but it only shows sound or is it for picture scaling too? I also found myself needing to reconfigure my laptop setting on the tv as it keeps automatically adjust itself. This isn't acceptable for such an expensive tv.

I have been online with Samsung support about my issue/question, and they seem clueless. I have a new QN55S90CAFXZA, and it seems 4:3 SD content is upscaled (to fill the screen with black bars on the side), and widescreen/cinema with black bars on the top and bottom. However, it seems SD content that is 16:9 is not upscaled (black bars on all around). Is there a setting that can remove all the black bars on 16:9 SD content? If not, I will have to return the set... even though the picture quality is great. HELP

Im sending a Samsung QE50QN90C (2023) Neo QLED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV back to the shop, I spend a lot of time watching you tube videos but it looks terrible, not as good as my 11 year old Samsung plasma, so unless my set is faulty its a complete lie.

So I can get a PS2 and make it HD without RetroRink?

I have samsung crystal vision 4k and iffalcon k72 tv, k72 handle upscaling far better 😢 colour are more eye soothing,sound far better.

Does it work on pc game mode ? If not, why ?

In A,F,M,Tab series phone
After software update there are many bugs in the phone
Locking phone or tapping power button to close the screen take 2 second.this Bug is also shown in S series phone.And bugs in animation
I don't see any fade animation like previous one ui you need to add fade animation on Recent app management page of phone.Fix 2 second late bug of locking screen.

Might be amazing but I can't download Crunchyroll on my smasung tv. So by samsung, hello Sony. I know the complicated reasons why but I'm not waiting for different parties to get their stuff together. Plus, talks about Sony having a dedicated crunchyroll button on their bravia tvs. So I'm down.

Better of using sony’s up-scalar or AMD FSR i have seen what the Samsung one can and cant do and where it struggles, its just to far behind and will need another few years to get even remotely close
