I kinda disagree with comparing .70 cents a mile compared to company semi drivers. Company Semi drivers don't pay for their own gas, maintenance, or monthly payments on they vehicle

I drove exclusive for a company about six months. He was ripping me off with his insurance. It was to point i was basically driving for free. I have my own insurance now for a dirt cheap rate because I'm a senior with a clean driving record. Tomorrow i hope to get my first load with a another company. I've got two carriers lined up.
