I’m trying to change my display custom scaling settings but it will not work

my display wont come up on the tablet it just says no signal

Got no sound when i connect tablet to my computer

It keeps saying “no signal” it doesn’t work AT ALL

Ive been off and on drawing for years now. Every time I wanna get back into it I need a refresher for how to set up these things (getting new computers and such makes software and hardware hard to keep track of). This video has been my favorite callback for these resets of mine. Thank you so much for helping me every time I need it.

It says no signal, yet im able to fully traverse my PC with the tablet, how do I fix this?

Does anybody know where to get a replacement cable? i moved a bit ago and lost the connecting cable and the power booster. ive had a look on amazon and all of them say the second generation, will it still work?

Do you have to use the pen it comes with because I misplaced mine and can’t find a way to use it anymore

What do I do if it still doesn't turn on dispite being plugged into the PC and the wall?

I don't expect a response but if anybody knows what can I do when my xppen software says dear xppen users: hello please connect the device first. This is a problem I have had ever since I moved my pc and its kind of annoying again if anybody knows can you please let me know. Thanks!

I am so frustrated listening to her. she talked too fast and not concise enough in her jumping steps as a teaching tool. Pouring out knowledge is very different from teaching. Teaching needs to think in student's blank level to guide. This feels like controlled impatiently dumping

hello! so i should first connect my xp pen artist 12 2nd gen to my pc and download the software? what i did was i connect it to my android phone and the screen shows "no signal" :(

I have the newest driver for my 12.2 but it won't save my individual shortcuts. Neither on the K-keys nor the buttons on the pen. How to fix this?

Watched multiple videos on how to set up an XP-Pen and this is the only one that helped me. I'm glad you went in full on with the details with this one

@crowneprince know this video is old but I am having trouble with the display. I had the Artist 12 for a while but I only started using and I am having trouble with setting displays. I did the extend, but with the monitors, I set the tablet to mon2 and it shows the desktop but I couldn't interact with the drawing apps on my tablet and instead it goes to my laptop but I can't interact with the laptop either! I tried setting display to 1 for all of them but it gets funky! Help respond when you can!

Does it work in adobe animate?

ohh what a good video!! well explained:) but we cannot use the tablette, i folowed all the steps the PC doesnt detect any other screen and the screen of the tablette is all black :(

I've set every thing up but I can't open the art programs on the tablet when I open them it shows up on the computer screen plz help I've been boggling my brain over this for an hour ToT

It only took me 3 years of owning this to realize it was a drawing pad with an actual screen...

I must be an idiot on this. I cant gwt it to do anything. I loaded it with the download and I dont have all these settings available. Also i cant even start the drawing mode.

I can't get it to turn on, even with the C cable, I ordered an external hdmi port in an effort to try to get it on but that's still not working either

can the computer be a chromebook?

i don't have a hdmi port and i don't have the adapter what should i do?

My mouse is hooking up to the tablet instead of my pc and I'm unable to set it up

I just got this tablet, and it will not turn on after I plug it in. I have restarted my computer, unplugged everything and triple checked it was plugged in right. My tablet started flickering for a while then turned off. And now it is plugged in and even when I press the power button on the side, my computer screen turns black for a moment with the sound still going and comes back but the tablet remains unresponsive. I have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it twice now. I have no idea what is happening. :(
