I got my ears pierced when I was like 1 so I can’t remember it at all. But idk if I trust you bc you spelt whole wrong

I was 24 years old on my 1st piercings back in August 1994. I did handle the pain from it since that I have totaled of 6 piercings on both of my ears now these days. I have low pain tolerance in me. Getting my ears pierced is a whole lot less painful than a broken ankle.

I got my piercing at 4/5 years old and I got it through injection i.e. my ear became senseless and then the doctor pierced so I never felt the pain
And now I am 16 it's completely okay I never had an infection

if using Gold the Gold should be at least 14K solid Gold or above and never use plated gold earrings. Steele and Titanium or both excellent materials to used as long as they are Medical Grade. Also, it's okay to pierce children as long as they want their ears pierced no matter what age they are but it's never okay to pierce a baby who's too young to decide for themselves if they want the piercing or not whether they are male or female. Simple common sense and ethics.

The piercing guns aren't cleaned properly all the time, so try to get it done with a needle by a professional

Twisting is a big no no apparently

I had my ears pierced at a young age and they kept some earrings in my ears. When I was like 7 they fell out and we didn't rlly care about piercing them again but now that they're healed I can feel something on the bottom of my ears where they used to be. It's kind of tender as well, is it supposed to feel like that or is there pieces of earrings stuck in my ear?

NEVER EVER GET PIERCED WITH A PIERCING GUN!!!!! Always go to a professional store that uses a piercing needle. Run away from places like Claire's that uses a piercing gun, they are not safe, unsanitary, and far more risk of infection and permanent damage can occur! real piercings are not expensive, please just pay for a proper piercing, especially if you are getting one for your kids!

This needs to be banned for babies and toddlers in ALL countries.

Why? It’s form of abuse.

I got my first piercing on my lobes when I was 24 years old. It did get a little infected but, it also did heal,too. My second lobe piercings didn’t get infected as the first ones. I was 25 years old at the time. Having my ears pierced 5 times. The most painful one is my industrial piercing on my right ear. Even my first cartilage piercing was painful,too. My second cartilage piercing wasn’t as painful. I felt a tiny pinch from the needle. On that one the I was talking to the piercer while she was doing it.

How about waiting until your child asks you, and getting it done by a professional with a needle.
