The FREAKIEST Arm Wrestler in History

Could Roman Ryabtsev have reached number one if he had stayed the course? Here's what I could find about him:

Roman Ryabtsev is an absolute beast of an arm wrestler
hailing from Ukraine. He used to compete in the 75 kg category,
which is not one of the most popular categories, so you may not know
of him. Ryabtsev won the 2019 World Cup, he won the up to 78 kg category
on right hand and he has a silver medal from the World Armwrestling
Championship. Sadly, I couldn't find much more on him othre than the fact he has some of the best and proportionate arms. There is an information cutoff at around late 2019. You almost can't find anything more about the guy that dates later than 2019, which hints that he must have stopped competing. I can't help but draw a comparison between him and compatriots Oleg Zholh and Tarras Ivankin who also had ginormous arms and their careers ended prematurely. I think any of these three guys would have been serious contenders at present in their respective categories had it not been for the unexpected events that made them quit.
