I thought it was time to alternate it a little, and thought this would be pretty easy given that I have already grown quite strong abs but oh man the way i was wrongggg 😩 halfway through i started to think "this girl is crazy!!!" 🥴

ОтветитьThat was so good,my form wasn’t quite right after a 20 minute arm and back work out however, I will try this one tomorrow as the first work out followed by another work out. Thank you and happy holiday season to you and everyone from Sydney - Australia where the weather is getting pretty warm but nice to be out. Have a a great week everyone
