I see these videos all the time on TikTok and it makes me furious! That type of behavior should have been corrected a long time ago and the owner should have stayed consistent with those boundaries throughout his training. This shows horrible leadership and only looks bad on the owner. But when some happens they will blame the dog, put it down, and then say “it came out of nowhere!” 😡

At first I used Jason's videos to decide if the corso was for me. I fell in love so easily with the breed. I was offended that he said that corsos arent for everyone. Being a woman that is only 5 foot 1 and petite in nature I was determined to show I was up to the task of ownership.
Let me tell that after 3 years owning a male 140 lb dog that leaves dry bugars everywhere, chewed everything he could see and touch 😢 even with toys and bones, had a digestive problem I had to pay for medicine to cure, I love love love my baby Sergio. He has been loved, sleeps with me, protects me and is a valuable asset to a woman who lives alone. No one is going to approach his territory. Never, Never, Never does anyone owning any potential aggressive breed need to reinforce this behavior. Its there on its own. Spending time, respecting the breed, training and making a corso part of your family is what a corso needs.
This is too the people doing this destructive behavior-STOP STOP and STOP causing the corso breed to be named a bad behavior dog when really they are lovable, loyal, protective and great dogs for caring and responsible owners

I think the dog is a reflection of the owner's character. I've had a Cane Corso for almost 10 years and I've never seen them be aggressive, even with good reason. They are very intelligent and before attacking they make sure what's happening. In other words, they're not like us humans who bark worse than dogs at first.

Just want to state the obvious here.. but if you’ve ever owned a large dog this face doesn’t always mean aggression. This is a dumb video, I have two cane corso.. they are both 45+ KG. Monsters, and they make this face often. Not to show aggression, believe me..

If a cane corso is standing completely still staring you in the eye and breathing quickly that’s when you know it’s about to go off. Both my dogs are extremely obedient, but only once have I ever felt genuine fear for what might happen, I was walking them along a path we often go on and a man was very drunk shouting random things he approached us and both my dogs just stood and stared him out, it was the one and only time I’ve ever felt like I wasn’t in control. I purposely try and keep them in quiet areas because I know if they both decided to attack there’s nothing I could do. But thankfully he walked in the opposite direction after a brief moment. He was petrified and so was I.

Some people should not be having these types of dogs . As a proud Rotterman/ Rottweiler parent, I love my rotties! Enough to see new regulations on dog ownership.

At the very least, to own a dog, especially like a corso, dogo, rotti etc, we need to prove w are knowledgeable and have taking a k9 class, with certificate to OWN one of my favorite breeds.
After all we have driver license so those who drive, so can be safe/ knowledgeable of the beast they are responsible for.

I believe if one is Truly for the Cane Corso, the Dobie, The Rottweiler or any of the 12 or so breeds Banned in cities across the world, they would Proudly Agree.
All you others, Stop Ruining our breeds, we have to live with them and the reputation, while you jump to the next item to destroy...

That's actually abuse and no dog deserves that. That "owner" is not only irresponsible, but he is harming that poor dog. Unfortunately someone will probably get a physical injury and that often costs someone their life.

Every dog deserves to feel safe and know that their owner will take care of them because that's OUR job, not theirs.

The same kind of behaviour that led a lot of pit bulls to become savages. A lot of youngsters from especially the Liverpool area had the pit bulls as a status dog and a lot attacked and bit people resulting in a very bad name for the breed. A follow on of this same pattern happened with the XL Bully breed and look where we are with that breed now in the U.K! I must state that this wasn’t only in Liverpool this happened it was all over the U.K.

For some reason, the men in my family think that this is a good idea and funny. I had to discipline my own son and yell at my boyfriend for this kind of behavior. It really made me mad because this is my worst fear. There’s no excuse to making a dog, aggressive unnecessarily.
