So question your saying e-commerce FBA is not a passive business? It's still considered Reg business so I would still be paying all those taxes even if I I made it into a s-corp, thats what would be taxed?

Thanks for a great video with details for LLC. My wife wanted to start a RealEstate flipping business, where I wanted to partner with 25% to 50% share.
Should I be called/termed as paartner though it is my wife's LLC?
And if I am following you correct, this would be a passive income. Correct?

Also what if she wanted to do RealEstate as well Amazon FBA in the same?
