ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI just started my journey. I am following your channel for pointers.
ОтветитьI could never eat two to three pounds of greens per day-
ОтветитьI don’t know if this has been answered, but is soy milk, part of a raw vegan diet?
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьOK with people with diabetic can they eat fruits?
Ответитьmam, what you are saying is completely reflecting in your facial expression full of charm, healty and awaking.
ОтветитьYOU LOOK SOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL❤
ОтветитьKale cabbage and kale juicing recipe !
Ответитьi‘m vegan too, but actually I’m unsure if it’s possible to eat RAW vegan as an athlete… how many grams of protein do you eat per day as a raw vegan?
Ответитьsince when arn't fatts healthgy?
ОтветитьI low protein with 154cm hight 58kg how many salad need how many nut need for me. thanks
ОтветитьI am just starting want to eat raw food. but now with covid 19 booming, i am worry. If we got our city close down without able to buy fresh produce. than what can we do ? Please make a video suggestion of what can we eat without fresh produce. what alternative from non perisable food that healthy enough to support raw food life style ? Thank you.
ОтветитьNice info
ОтветитьI agree. But most folk are on low budgets. So cannot afford to buy organic. Still. I think its markedly, better, to even eat non organic.
Sadly. Here in the UK, many are still prejudiced towards ALL Vegans. Especially raw ones. Virtually all my family think I'm nuts being a raw vegan. Indeed I can't even fully eat a vegan diet where I am. Such is the daily ridicule of doing so. Soon I move. And can return to a totally non cruel diet.
Umm... doesnt she suffer from overnutrition if she eats a Lot of veggie and fruit with too much of it. And doesnt she have to binge in veggie and fruit daily!
ОтветитьVegan for 43 years....(yes, 43 years). Thanks for your well spoken & articulate videos. Please be mindful about telling anyone that eating 8 - 10 bananas in a smoothie is ‘not’ healthy info. Yes, you’re getting other nutrients but that amount of ‘sugar’ is astronomical and negates the health benefits of the little protein you’re getting. A diabetic nightmare.
Thanks again for doing these informative videos educating people about veganism & healthy living. Overall, good job. Much love....
Namath.
I’m Vegan, I get my protein from Spirulina, nuts, Spinach and MORE...... Spirulina has more protein than beef and it’s an Algae from the ocean.
ОтветитьAll flesh must be eaten.
ОтветитьDo raw vegans not eat beans?
Ответитьno, you will not get enough protein from fruits and leafy greens, the best sources are seeds, but even more, the two sources raw vegans have demonized, quinoa and soy, yes the require cooking, but all of the essential aminoacids are in them
ОтветитьDamn she makes being vegan sound good
Ответитьraw vegan is best, i tried everything, yea even all meat, its just best
but it actually is a bit difficult to get ur protein on a raw vegan diet
1 banana got 1.3g protein and 100 calories
if u eat 2000 calories of banana (20 pieces) ull have 1.3g*20 = 26g of protein (which is...obviously...depending how much weight...just around 50% of what u need)
so...technically everytime u eat a banana u get into "protein debt" so to say ;p
...dont understand me wrong...bananas r fine! but im just talking about the awareness that it is a bit hard to get ur protein (unless u r very active and therefore require more fruits which contain protein etc.)
if u eat 1-2 pounds of greens a day and 1 big hand of nuts tho u r good to go
So how do I get 1g protein per pound of bodyweight without protein powder AND while maintaining a caloric deficit?
ОтветитьI am against the low fat part of this diet. Because you need fat to absorb vitamins
ОтветитьGosh! She is so pretty.
Ответитьso beautiful
ОтветитьFor someone like me who has non- diabetic hypoglycemia I don't know if going fully raw would give me the essential amount protein and carbs that I need. There is a lot of "sugar" in fruits and veggies so how could someone with type 2 diabetes live off of those alone? I'm very curious about this. Someone please explain...
Ответитьhow do you feel about eating beans
Ответить"you don't need that much protein" doesn't answer the question of how to get protein eating a vegan diet, and therefor isn't helpful to those who are looking to consume more protein but still eat vegan.
ОтветитьWhy doesn't she just eat beans they don't hurt anyone
Ответитьdo you believe plant protein combining is necessary?
ОтветитьI 'm going RAW !!!
ОтветитьAre beans cool to eat, cause you have to cook them and doesn't that denature them
Ответитьthis was very helpful. I've been vegan for about 3 years now and I'm headed towards raw/fruitarian but I have so many questions. Thanks for making a clear video like this
Ответить😂😂😂
ОтветитьWhat about mushrooms and sprouted beans? Those are much more effective sources of protein from raw sources than any of the ones you mentioned.
Ответитьdo you believe that eating figs is vegan after all the small wasp controversy
ОтветитьI think I got it better listening again. I'm still flubbing up on too many nuts. Since I'm on this alkaline Candida Protocol diet, I'm puzzled about how to get the carbs up.
ОтветитьAh, then I am getting enough protein.
Ответитьthank you sooooo much :)
ОтветитьKristina, there is a huge problem with this diet that is upsetting. Vegans need to eat an ABUNDANCE of food to get the nutrients they need BECAUSE when all the food you eat is raw and not cooked, it takes longer to process and a smaller percentage gets absorped. Why do you never mention this fact? That the reason you keep saying abundance is because you need to eat more to absorp more and be ok. And ALSO that there are some foods that lose their nutrients if cooked. So you could list which is ok to cook and which is best to eat raw and please stop telling people to acquire a lifestyle that is not necessary after the invention of fire.
ОтветитьWow! thank you so much! you inspired me to be vegan and I am a happy person!
ОтветитьI like the colors of this video...
ОтветитьNo medical term for protein deficiency? Oh dear, pseudo science gives vegans a bad name, and makes it difficult to promote the ethical reasons for going vegan.

ОтветитьIk im late but what a shame that this is the only way to get protein in a healthy way. I dont like eating fruits or veggies, i dont know why, maybe the texture of them & their taste. Its something i cant handle or eat, basically a picky eater. Its pretty sad & i have 0 confidence on what i eat. Only things i can eat are apples, bananas, corn, & potatoes & thats all.
