82. Installing Exchange 2019 Management Tools on Windows 10

Nice video. Is there a reason why when I try to do the same under Windows 2019 and only check Management Tools it is requiring the user account to be a member of the Enterprise Admins group? Plus looks like Domain Admins? I just want to management tools to run some custom website queries with Exchange powershell.
