🎶🎶 IT'S CHRISTOPHER NOLAN'S 🎶🎶 IT'S CHRISTOPHER NOLAN'S 🎶🎶 IT'S CHRISTOPHER NOLAN'S WORLD OF PRACTICAL EFFECTS! 🎶🎶 Which is your favorite Christopher Nolan scene pracitcal effect?
ОтветитьWhat aspect ratio is this, just curious.
ОтветитьDo you have a Rumble channel?
ОтветитьHe started losing his mind since inception. Boring ass movie with prolonged gun fights . The entire plot was just dumb.
ОтветитьI was disappointed by the nuke in Oppenheimer - seemed small, to me.
Should have just let Mr Bleepbloop do it.
thats a fire intro ngl
ОтветитьEveryone gangsta until Christopher Nolan makes a movie about the earth exploding
ОтветитьThe theme song is incredible lol
ОтветитьMy goodness man you are skyrocketing! Just a matter of days before you surpass me.
I'll be asking for advice soon ;)
My favourite movie that uses practical effects would have to be attack of the clones
Ответитьunderrated channel
ОтветитьIt's interesting that your thumbnail shows a mushroom cloud from a nuke - probably the most recognizable element of such a weapon. But where is it in the film? It's absent - and the film suffers from it. Overrated, boring and self indulgent. To me, Oppenheimer is his worst film thus far.
ОтветитьHe definitely needs to make a movie with Tom Cruise
ОтветитьI so often wonder why today's movies are getting more and more expensive, even though nothing is being built anymore. A few animated backgrounds can't be more expensive than the huge sets from back then...
ОтветитьGreat video. But… It’s not a space station that used a wheel. It’s the inside of the Discovery spacecraft! Arrggghhhhhh.
ОтветитьNolan>>>
ОтветитьRemeber to seal the Deal with 60:40 ratio with me directly, till you are alive - and it's last Warning/Signal, Thank You
Ответитьshould of used CGI for the nuclear bomb, it felt so lame.
Ответитьnolan is every childerens dream as professional
ОтветитьMetallica did something similar with a rotating room in their music video for The Memory Remains
ОтветитьChristopher Nolan DID NOT say that he used NO CGI ELEMENTS in Oppenheimer, he said there are no CGI shots in the film. He means that there are NO SCENES THAT ARE ENTIRELY COMPOSED OF CGI.
PLEASE, LIKE THIS COMMENT SO OTHER PEOPLE KNOW!
His lack on CGI kinda ruined Dunkirk for me. There was 800,000 people there, only 400,000 evacuated but the scenes of just 10k actors lining up waiting for the boats is such a letdown, all he had to do was cgi some people in, and then when shooting scenes condense the 10k actors that were hired so that there's actual warfare going on WHICH THERE WAS.
Good movie but maded me want Nolan to stay away from historical films, (until Oppenheimer ofc) unless he goes the extra step and does it super old school when they actually hired thousands upon thousands of actors (and some volunteers) like in Gettysburg.
I wonder if I ever ate any Interstellar corn field corn
Ответитьpractical effects are stupid just use cgi
ОтветитьХорошие видосы получаются, спасибо!
ОтветитьNolan uses cg all the time, they just say this to get the thick middle aged slow boys on side. It's a sales patter for the morons out there.
ОтветитьTenet is awesome 😎
ОтветитьWhat's more impressive about him is that he doesn't use a second unit director. That's unheard of for big action films. Most action films or big budget films are shot with second unit directors who shoot all of the action sequences and pick up shots. Not only does Nolan use extensive practical effects... he shoots everything himself! What a beast!
Ответитьof all his movies the prestige should've had more practical effects. most televised magic is already using camera angles, him using cgi seemed like a copout.
ОтветитьHis best movie is dark night
Ответитьbs he just hides it, hes a liar
ОтветитьThe hypersexualization is such a bore. It hit me first when I needed to feed my daughter living in GA. I’m from Kenya and many tribes including mine traditionally went topless. Just layering of beads. So down for dismantling our obsession with boobs and butts. They’re just body parts that can bring us pleasure. Get over it. I applaud your music program. Def supporting when I can 💚🎈
ОтветитьThe whole world is living in an amazing dream, and as long as we increase the quality of the virtual world and cinema and television day by day and spend our precious emotions on the black and white Oppenheimer who will soon come to the silver screens and Batman, Superman, and Marvel superheroes. We have to wait for a very dark and hellish future. Because as much as the quality in the virtual world is getting higher and higher, on the other hand, the quality of people's real life is decreasing day by day. One should be afraid to see that people don't leave their phones to find out and understand what a pathetic and dangerous disaster which is worse than the plague, cholera, etc., and it is destroying the culture, customs and language of the nations of the world at a dizzying speed.
The real leaders of the world, who always live in secret, bring everything that humanity has supported itself for thousands and thousands of centuries and has depended on and attached to it, its value and essence of life to blackness and destruction.
Now, by creating programs like the talent shows which all countries imitate and most of the attention is paid to the world of Hollywood, art, acting, drama, etc., all of this is a means of taking quality from the real human world, because the things that I mentioned are all in It is the total destroyer of human ways and methods, culture and customs in the whole world and presents a world to the planet that does not have an external existence and leads the youth of the world to error and ignorance.
For example, movies related to car races on the normal streets of the city, which run together and these movies made young people distort the exhaust system of their cars and engines, which emits a disgusting sound. And that they drive at high speeds in normal cities, which causes the death of innocent people in cities.
Where are we going with Christopher Nolan?
Our life now is no different from the time of Christ, except for one thing.
At the time of Christ, it was the Romans who were the king, commander and leader. And all the tribes and religions were under their rule.
But now all the leadership of the world is in the hands of the Jewish people. ..... Amen
Too expensive for 3 months show, Nolan asking and they bullied, Radly Scott asking and they bullied... Don't make big deal of these people....
ОтветитьIt's crazy that the wormhole in interstellar was the real deal.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know which song is playing in like the first 30s of the video?
ОтветитьHis best special trick was to make a communist traitor look like an innocent victim, and conservative patriots look like knuckle-dragging, irrational clowns.
ОтветитьI wanted to know how they did the doppelgänger in the prestige😢
Ответитьall this angry discredit on the method used to limit the use of digital - digital if it has 90 percent or better 99.9 of the monopoly what problem do you have? Post-digital isn't really cheap unless you want to have a mega video game
ОтветитьImagine if Hoyte shot Inception, we would have gotten IMAX scenes. Wally was always adamant he wont shoot IMAX on hand held. But Nolan wanted the dreams to have a realistic feel. He compromised for the handheld
Hoyte was able to pull off handheld IMAX on Interstellar.
The intro scene to Oppenheimer with the particles going at the speed of light, seeing the nuclei, the rumbling bass in the background. Wow, i was in awe. It was beautiful and i don't think another movie can achieve that kind of epicness.
Ответитьthe plane thing is obviously not "real" because it breaks so weird.
ОтветитьI just want to thank Christopher Nolan for not using green screens but give us this real life experiences- many many thanks 🙏
ОтветитьI love how they cast shade on a whole industry (VFX) that they use.
ОтветитьIn some scenes of Dunkirk you can see modern glass apartment buildings and houses with Velux roof windows, and factories in the harbour that are a bit too modern for WW1.
ОтветитьThis is a wonderful analysis on Nolan’s practical effects usage. I do have to admit being a little disappointed that “The Prestige” was passed up as I’m sure that, much like magic, he had complexities that he made feel seamless.
ОтветитьLove this guy movies
ОтветитьExcellent video, thank you!
