That scene was amazing.

I live on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. A girl named Nancy from the United States disappeared a few days ago while swimming in the middle of the lake. We couldn't find the body, and I like to think that somehow she was transported by the Mayans to Talokan at the bottom of the lake.

We don't need words of any kind, we don't need gigantic fights, we need feelings and meaningful characters and that's why this scene is so powerful.

I remembered dropped my popcorn chicken when this scene came out. It was so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. My jaw literally dropped.

What broke me about the movie was , really missed chad b , but having her carry that torch , gave me goosebumps, knowing that he’s gone and she took it , and namor was so amazing , made me completely go for two over the first one ,
But always chad will be missed

The song really made this scene THAT MUCH BETTER. I even downloaded it and play it on drives at night. It's so calm and soothing after a long day.

Best part was the kids swimming up to Shuri with curiosity, welcoming arms and amazement cause they’ve never seen a human from the surface before and also cause she doesn’t look Talokan either. That scene made me almost cry cause that’s how people should treat foreigners in real life instead of racism, fear and xenophobia. That was the best part of this scene. And best scene in the whole movie too.

Call me a hater, I loved the movie, but the city was so unbelievably ugly. The fact that the actors all looked like they were trying so hard to hold their breath didn't help. They're fishpeople and they look so out of place.

This hands down is one of the most stimulating, emotional, passionate, and culminating movie scene. Very fascinating but leaves you with such suspenseful thoughts about the world of Talokan😲🤯🤩

Where do I begin with how much I love this scene?

Talokan is designed so beautifully to represent such a deep culture and bring it to light in a way never seen before.

The music that accompanies this scene is so amazing. It literally transports you to that place and gives you that floating feeling.

I also feel like the design of Talokan was well done in terms of being underwater. Notice how the city is on all four sides of the cavern. This is not uncommon in some marine life that build and develop habitats on multiple sides of a cavern to further protect from predators.

In my opinion, MARVEL did Talokan/Atlantis better than DC did. This city felt more natural for something you would find underwater; mostly dark with slight natural bioluminescence (minus the science of vibranium).

Wakanda Forever had a tough job and they delivered on so many levels. I can’t wait to see more of Talokan and Namor and the Talokan’il.
