ОтветитьHi , did you buy mentorship or course for flipping house before you get started?
ОтветитьI commend you for embarking on this project.... takes guts & grit
ОтветитьHi Elisa, I have a question: do you have any tips about finding good contractor on Yelp? Should I contract out to one contractor or find separate contractors to do each job?
ОтветитьThis s sooo helpful , as a newbie your tips really spot on . 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
ОтветитьThanks for the great video! It is very informative. I am thinking of starting my first flipping of old house as an investor soon and your video is very helpful.
By the way, can I ask how you found your mentor? (I apologize if you already mentioned and I missed)
What is your opinion about commercial properties?
ОтветитьLol! I don't have wealthy friends
ОтветитьMy gratitude goes to this superb Phantomhacks. com they are simply the best.

ОтветитьThank you so very much for your video! How can I become an apprentice to a house flipper so I can learn from them in my area? I live in Pottstown Pennsylvania
ОтветитьThis was very helpful! How did you find a mentor?
ОтветитьGreat video, thank you!
ОтветитьYou have done a great job explaining everything. I need a mentor, are you available?
ОтветитьI CANT HEAR YOU........could you speak loudly?
ОтветитьShould one disclose the budget to the contractor ? Thanks for the videos they’re great!
ОтветитьVery helpful!!! It must have been so scary as it is a very big purchase without a guarantee that it will succeed. How did you cope with those risks?
ОтветитьThank you for the fantastic content. I just have a few questions - newbie here, so appreciate any feedback. (1) Why did you not change the contractor if the timeline changed from 2 months to 8 months? I am assuming the price was based on a list of work items. The contractor was only getting paid after the work was done. (2) How did the contractor come to the conclusion that the addition or the bathroom was not permitted? (3) What does the contractor gain from wasting time? He is getting paid the same regardless, correct? (4) Can you not save on the commission by being your own agent?
ОтветитьGreat video!! Thank you for sharing
ОтветитьDo you first look for the flip then get the loan or reverse?
ОтветитьHello, @transformrealestate
I like your videos. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
What did you initially say to the first contractor you found to get them to do a walk thru with you in the house?
How do find good contractors now?
Love your videos. The audio was a little low on this one, had a hard time hearing what you were saying. xx
ОтветитьHow did you find your mentor?
Ответить👍👍🌹🌹
ОтветитьThat sounded a little scary for your first flip. Had you done any renovations or anything before?
ОтветитьLove the authenticity. Thanks for sharing your experience.
ОтветитьVolume is very low
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your knowledge and experience especially regarding working with contractors. It truly helps me so much when thinking about how to start the next project on my home!
ОтветитьI have a house I an interested in flipping. It’s listed at 1.05M. There is one comp same neighborhood, square Ft, beds/bath size of yard that sold for 1.55M. All other comps at 1.1M. Is this a good deal? I am hesitant due to only one comp at 1.55M.
ОтветитьHi Elisa, Can you make a video on cold calling agents? I'm struggling with knowing what to say to them. Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you for being so generous in your sharing. I renovate homes for an homeowners preparing for sale aswell as corporation that flips homes. Needless to say Ive been looking forward to working our own flips.
Would you mind doing a video going into how you manage your communications with realtors. Do you use a CRM? How often do you reach out? What are some points you make sure to communicate? What ever you feel comfortable sharing would be much appreciated.🙏🏽

ОтветитьBeing scammed in real estate is a painful experience. Finding a contractor you can trust is the biggest contributor to whether you are successful.
