I am happy that you coined management as a confusing subject. I come from a Science background and I am new to ESI and FM so I totally agree with you. It is easy to remember but easier to forget.

Hello mam… wanna ask that do we only have to prep the thing written in the syllabus..suppose in motivation chap there are many topics such as porter and lawless model, reinforcement theory, social learning theory, goal setting theory which are not given in syllabus but covered in coaching materials.. so pls tell that how important are these theory or the topic not in the syllabus can we leave them or should we cover all of them… pls do reply mam…
