i think the june archive is absolutely my favorite, as someone that was involved in the hatena community and then later the sudomemo community

flipnotes are the main reason i wanted to learn art and animation and are why i still pursue it to this day, so seeing a digital horror series made based off of the initial hatena shutdown in 2013 is INCREDIBLY interesting to me

These warped nostalgia videos make me think... The primary subject is memories. In my case, I'd love to go back in time to the "good old days" where stuff like that were a common thing, among other, but we can't. So, what do people do? They bring the old content, our memories, to the present day, but those are not the same memories, the same content. They've been corrupted, making a "new" thing out of the old things. Nostalgia is like a parasite, consume enough nostalgic content, and your wish to go back becomes stronger, but as we all know...

Another thing from gunslingerpro2009 that I like is the similarities between the protagonist and Sid from Toy Story. He subjects his toys to terrible fates and mutilate them and the blu spy is extremely similar to the baby spider thing Sid made. It's like the characters gunslingerpro uses are his toys, and condemned to whatever sadistic act he wants.

I think the reason Gunslingerpro chose the gunspinger to represent the channel is because the weapong is used to take manual control of the sentry gun

For Brandons story, as someone who also lives with a controlling religious father, i think that the interpretations of this story are most likely true. From the fear of unpredictable punishments and need to hide things even within your own space and room, and even telling others and trying to correct them and their language feels all too true

I’m honestly surprised we haven’t seen a series like this for any of the GTA games yet. It’s got a big open worlds, almost all the games have rumors of monsters like Bigfoot and Ratman, so an antagonist for the series is there, and it’s a series many people are nostalgic for so it checks off all the boxes
