Sussex Cycle Spin through Ifield and Rusper

Got a puncture but was saved by a can of Muc-Off Bam I had in the bag for the last year. My own fault for not really taking care of topping up and refreshing the sealant in the tyre that had been in there for 8Months. However the Bam got me home so I have already bought a new can! I now also need to remove both tyres and plan getting them cleaned up and more fresh sealant put in.
