How to Breed & Stack Mutations Quick Guide - ARK Survival Evolved

Could you breed a maxed out mutations dino with a earlier dino or new tamed one to reset mutations? Or will the baby inherit all the mutations even if one parent doesn't have any?

How are you able to kill one of the Bosses on complete vanilla stats? I dont get it. Just breeding a big army of like Rexes etc isn't enough. You need to breed dinos on Melee ore Health, but on complete normal multiplier, it takes so long becaue of the cooldowns. So how the Hell can you beat the game withou like x50 multiplier on Female Dinos for breeding? I dont f* get it wtf

I believe I know the answer to this already, but I'm just looking to verify. Is it possible to mutate a creatures stats to insane levels and then breed out the mutations so it has 0/20 on both the mother's and father's side? I'm almost certain that's not possible, but I recently encountered someone playing on a saved official map with a dino with unthinkable hp and melee but 0/20 on both sides, despite a family lineage.

An explanation that I need. Thanks a lot!

Hello i have a question! When you say breed the mutated males with the perfect female. Do you mean just keep doing that process. Like you breed the perfect male and female till u get a male mutation of ur stat choice and then breed that with the perfect female until you get another mutation in your stat of choice and then breed that with the perfect female and so on?

If your on single player it’s okay to breed mutated with mutated but pvp breed pures with mutateds

I'm breeding argis and am on 2/20 melee bit now I can't seem to get the right mutation. Some in desired stats but not the stat im working on. No melee mutation. Ive seen health, stam and weight....but melee keeps a no show😢

I have 2 reces which I thought where the perfect pair but I looked closely and all stats are the same except okygen all my males have 585 and all my females have 555 what did I do wrong should I breed brand new rexes and try over??

So I can just breed mutations with mutations instead of breeding mutated parents with clean parents?!

I didn’t know that was how Dino stats worked.
I assumed a more randomized approach

but it takes like 20 hours for 1 egg so you have to have alot of good mom dinos

kind of confusing to me since im not that familiar with ark breeding, so if i'm wrong pls correct me and thank you in advance. take the best stats mom and dad that u can get ur hands on then breed them until u have one female and one male that u like their stats and is kind of identical to where u want it. then use the male to keep breeding, but do i use the same male to keep breeding with the same female or every time i get a new female i use that male breeder to mate with all the female? Or does the female not matter as long as it is from the same male? like how do i get the mutations going, i have a female and male that has the same stats but the male has 30% more melee damage. so now that i have a main male breeder do i keep breeding with the same female and all female that they have to have a chance to get mutations?
