ОтветитьMe, sat down on an uneven surface and lo behold I could not walk properly. But the exercises I did with Saurbhji and Trishala Mam helped me a lot. And the massage podcast helped me in how to massage my back the correct way. Slight pain is still there but nothing like before! Happy to be back.
