Doctor evening, me i have a problem, and the problem is this, my noise is always broket and when broket i start coughing and the think mucus start coming out very think , and i have tryed so many medicine but it doesn't finish pls doctor help me , what can I do?

Hold up come on man you going to be a little more information than that you got to tell them that if they're going to do a hot bowl of steamed or fill the sink up with hot water and they need to put some chamomile tea in there and put a towel over their head and inhaled the steam because that will definitely help just regular steam isn't going to really do anything I know coming from someone who deals with this on a daily basis

Chronic throat clearing for many years. Finally tried Thyme tea. Holy cow what a life changing product. One cup made a big difference. Twice a day for the next few days and I now clear my throat like a normal person, not every minute or two like before. If you can stomach the taste, IT WORKS!!! I mix mine one thyme tea bag, 2 black tea bags, and one teaspoon of honey. One cup a day now and I’m like a new person. Post nasal drip is now “normal” and not super thick mucus, nearly no coughing or throat clearing, and I breathe so much easier now. I feel like I’m getting more oxygen per breath now, but no way to confirm that. I just feel so much better. Recommend trying it if you have excess or thick mucus for any reason.

I have all of those on the list and the phlegm is deep asf in my lungs and chest my doctor knows and said to just drink water and stop smoking which I’ve been doing and I’ve had this phlegm problem for over 6 months it just keeps coming back

Thank you. I have 2 HEPA filters in my home to protect my allergic sensitive daughter. I've spent much of the past year inside my home. Earlier this week I engaged in serious outdoor exertion and developed what was diagnosed as acute seasonal rhinitis. My theory is that my HEPA filters weakened my historically robust tolerance of pollen. As a result, I've begun a persistent hacking cough this week as my body tried to rid itself of recently accumulated phlegm.

I used to be able to find plain expectorant, cough medicine. Now I can only find an expectorant that comes with a suppressant. That seems really dumb to me.
