INFJ and ESTP in an Elevator

POV: My brother and me on an elevator.

Lol as an ESTP it's so natural to be curious about things that most people would consider odd. Like exploring random parts of the buildings just to see what's there. I rigorously avoid any encounter with organized group sessions or strict rules if I'm in the "explorer" mode though, like if I wander into a floor with some Te focused groups. Unless the group is super fun and inclusive then I have a blast, most of the time it's the NF types that allow that for me.

Honestly it’s different for me as an INFJ
It’s as if I would try to match the ESTP’s energy and wait until he leaves. Of course, it’d be a bit awkward for me because I kind of dislike small talk and find it unpredictable. I also do believe in doing things just for the fun of it, but definitely in a much different way the ESTP sees it as.

why does this remind me of that time i convinced my workmate to go to the 30th floor just for the sake of seeing what it looks like 😂 our office is just on the 18th floor and there were separate elevators from 10-20 and 21-30. the 30th floor is the top. we dont have any business going there. i just thought it'd be fun to see what it looks like, i was secretly hoping its an open space 😂 my workmate let me dragged her anyway. only to our dismay that the 30th floor opens up directly to a secured door lol. then somebody came out of the elevator as we were about to go down lmao we were laughing so hard going down

i have a different perspective on this as an INFJ, the ESTP somehow opened up about what is really behind his mindset of "not being boring" quite fast for a stranger (infj ofc) becasue it happens a lot to me. People i don't absolutely know would suddenly open up about their scars and traumas (but i don't hate it tho).

I am INFJ and my friend's brother is ESTP. And this perfectly describes my conversations with him. The only times I feel comfortable around him is when we play minecraft. But I kinda respect him, honestly I'd like to be so bold and present as him

I'm an INFJ and I don't really relate to this. Small talk is a bit...awkward sometimes, but only because I'd be wondering whether I should open up, say what I really feel and express my opinion, deep way, or just to smile and agree with whatever they've said. Given an opportunity to bypass awkward small talk and get into some really interesting subject and you will see we are far from boring.

I am an INFJ and my good friend is ESTP. We were also college roommates for 4 years. We know each other's limits, strengths and weakness and respect that. I guess this is why the friendship lasts long. As opposites, we bring (indirectly or not) each other out of our comfort zone but know when not overwhelm each other. Its wierd but when I am with her, I revert to ESTP mode, and she listens to some of the problems in my life. I think we both get drained after that but not at each other 🤣.

The way that ESTPs talk kind of bugs me. It's like they put so much oomph behind every word. They want to be so cool..so alpha.

My INFJ brain going:

“Why and how do you pay so much attention to these intricate details!!!, does knowing this detail mean anything? Is there something wrong with me for not paying attention like this!!?”

"I don't think that's the only reason you should go up there..." No heterosexual explanation for this one... lol

I'm having trouble knowing witch one is the INFJ because the INFJ is both of these people, they are the most excited and eccentric and loving and wanting for life and they can also be stuck in their selves and not want to talk and wont notice the beauty around them and are very realistic and brutally honest, so it feels like this video is about just a INFJ.
