Well, you can always disable hairworks and overclock both cards :D

From someone who has recently bought a gt 1030. This test is fake as far as i can tell. In my experience anything above the absolute minimum in both the postprocessing and graphics will not get you 30fps with this video card. Now maybe because he is playing the DLC and that is way more optimized ( can it be that more optimized ). Maybe because he is using ram that is more than twice as expensive as the video card itself ( I am running 16gb of ddr3 1600 myself ) Then with hair works on he is getting about a GTX 970's worth of performance with that enabled so idk i just dont believe this.

Just got a 1030, considering it's got a 30w power draw and is passively cooled that's quite impressive. It's definitely cool for upgrading one of those small form factor desktops you can get for peanuts.
