Southern Baptist Convention pushes back against female pastors

Women and negroes have no place in leadership positions. This is the way it's always has been and always will be. The South Shall Rise!

Jesus did not choose one woman as one of the 12 Apostles. God has an order of authority and churches and Christians need to abide by it.

If The S.B.C. Women Missionary Union Preachers have been able to collect 7,000 billion dollars this 2023, They must have the best women teachers/ preachers in the world! Furthermore The. S.B.C. constanlly ordains Missionary Women before sending them out at both national and international levels!

We have a wonderful women pastor in our Pentecostal church. And there’s nothing wrong with that. MacArthur,Bauchem,Petersburg and washer and the rest of the Baptist preachers are just sexists

Why does the SBC not want women pastors, but they allow women elders/deacons/overseers? If it's based on scripture and not politics, then they're all suppose to be men. I suspect it's a fear that women will clutter the workforce and reduce the number of paid spots for men. That's the only explanation for exercising cafeteria style religion where you pick and choose which scripture to take or leave.

Because any time any Christian has a disagreement with another Christian about anything both parties involved always approach each other with an attitude of “I’M RIGHT! YOU’RE WRONG, AND YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR MIND!!!!!!!” Maybe not in those exact words but in that exact spirit. There’s no humility, no real listening, only pride in the arrogant idea that you, a flawed, fallible, finite human being are absolutely right about absolutely everything you think, believe, and interpret. While it’s easy to point out how the other person in the argument is blindly proud of their interpretation, you’ll never point the finger at yourself and look at how you can be blindly arrogant in your interpretation of things. Yours are the only thoughts you think, after all, and so true humility starts with you. Not the other person. But no, you “know” that you and (your interpretation of) the Bible are absolutely right!

No female pastors is a teaching of Paul and not Jesus. Nor is it established line upon line by the required 2 or 3 witnesses in the bible.
As the scriptures clearly say in the New Covenant there is no male or female, bond or free. All are ONE. If the Fathers daughters are allowed to be prophets then certainly they can be pastors, teachers, preachers as they are conceivef of the same incorruptible seed Jesus was. I peter 1:23.
This whole Baptist ridiculous doctrine proves just how spiritually blind and biblically illiterate the Baptist church is.
