This is unbelievable. . A child 11 years old convicted within 3 days of his mother’s death, without a trial or a jury, and worst of all without evidence. Convicted on speculation and a 7 year olds testimony . Unbelievable 😡

The child obviously needed some help, counseling, therapy maybe. And why did he have access to a firearm, unsupervised? He was a child. Why did nobody look at the difficulties that child had? I had a blended for a while, and it was not easy. We had issues. BUT not to the point of death. I had to leave. But why was Jordan charged when he was at school? Who else had access to the house? Where was her previous partner? To blame a child seems a pretty low bar. Most boys at 11 who have been learning to hunt, etc, may test + for gunpowder residue. OF COURSE, I wasn't there, & don't have details. But my instincts say "frame job" to keep "solved cases" high. I'd be interested to see what a good foerensic investigator findsin this case.

This kid probably did it. When his dad got involved with the young lady it turned his life upside down. He only pretends he liked her. He only pretends he liked having to move out of his bedroom to room downstairs. He was jealous and won't admit it. Then the evening of the awful day, he ends up cuddling with daddy in bed.
