Beard Roller Before & After - 6 Month Update

Do beard rollers actually work for facial hair growth? This is the question I’ve been asking myself for the last 12 months!?! 😂

And I do have to admit that this beard roller before and after update is extremely late and should have been posted back in March this year so for that, I’m sorry!

However, I believe late is better than never and it’s certainly time to give a proper update on my beard roller results over the last 6 to 10 months…

If you’re only joining the party now, this video is the final episode of my 3 part series where I set out on a 6 month experiment to answer the question “do beard rollers work for increasing facial hair density?”.

In episode 1 I explored the science behind using a beard roller for beard growth and why it’s even thought of as an effective treatment for increasing facial hair density and much to my surprize there was actually a lot of evidence to support that it could actually work.

During my bear roller research I found an extremely insightful study from the the International Journal of Trichology on a 12 week study performed on two groups of men struggling with pattern baldness.

The first group were asked to use a beard roller and minoxidil during the 12 weeks whilst the second group were asked to only use minoxidil.

The difference in result between the two groups was crazy and as you can probably assume, the men who used the beard roller and minoxidil had significantly better results than me who didn’t use the beard roller.

On top of that study i also found a heap of interesting medically reviewed articles on why beard rollers are an effective treatment for skin rejuvenation and I also learned a lot about how the skins natural healing process helps boost the hair growth cycle.

In episode 2, I gave an update/beard growth roller review on how my first 3 months in the experiment went and to be honest, I did not find this practice very fun…lol.

I am happy that I gave this whole thing a shot though. I mean, if you want anything in life to improve you have to put the effort in. You need to do your research and have a go, which is exactly what I feel like I’ve done here.

So, do beard growth rollers work? Well, to know my final conclusion, you’re going to have to watch this episode right the way through but I think by the vibe of this description you already know what the answer is going to be… 😂
