*Keep Spine loosely straight
*Close one nostril then breath in and out deeply 10 times
*Switch nostrils and repeat
*Now do both nostrils open 10 breaths in and out
*Sit with this for a moment
*open your eyes and appreciate life by what you see, feel and experience
