I think my main takeaway is this guy does something he enjoys and is very passionate about. It’s not about waking up at 430 every morning but rather devoting your life to something that you truly love and enjoy.

Back then when I first saw this video, I felt like a loser, but I was also inspired. But now, there are so many red flags it's obvious. For example, "listening to audiobooks at 3x"...why ?? Books are meant to be digested slowly, also it's what you do after you put down the book that matters. Like are you consuming books just to say you consumed ? And doing laptop on treadmill ? What ?
But maybe this works out for him. I was naive to think it would work out for me, instead I ended up being less productive.

One audio book at 3x speed?? Those are rookie numbers. I listen to two different audio books in each ear at 6x speed while also reading the physical copy of another book simultaneously. All three books are in different languages too, obviously.

As an European I wake up at 8 am, I swears and cursed, having a mediocre breakfast and go back to work, I pretend to love customers, lunch break is mcdonald's or some pasta, go back at home, having frozen dinner and then acting like a monkey while watching football.

I jack off at 10x the normal speed so I can get to sleep and be well rested for my normal 40 hour a week job that I really don’t like.

I tried listening to an audiobook at 3x speed. Sounds mostly gibberish to me...

I’ve managed to break down seconds into milliseconds.

I spend 0.25ms meditating, 0.25ms reading, 0.25ms exercising, and 0.25ms thinking.
