Jason Statham would make an excellent 007 the only problem I see with it is there's an age Factor Jason Statham is not a young man and playing James Bond is a very physical role still I would enjoy seeing Jason Statham playing the character James Bond.

Absoluty the perfec man for the James Bond.

Definitely my choice for bond, but I think the woke factor has entered the competition. If it goes that way it will loose a lot of fans including me. Daniel Craig was by far the best bond we had. Hard, rough and tough with a dark side to him. So please do go the other way. We need to carry on the traditional bond/007 character.

Kevin Hart has officially filed a lawsuit against the Bond producers. His claim is that he is available for the role and is a minority who is being discriminated against. The Bond producers may have to give him the role as a financial move.

I’m a huge Statham fan as well as Bond fan. But as a movie fan, it’s always difficult for me to see someone as several major characters in a genre across multiple series.

Like Ryan Reynolds for example. While he makes a perfect Deadpool, I still see him as the Green Lantern as well. It would be like Hugh Jackman beginning to play another character role than Wolverine. We’ve seen him do everything as a similar character, so unless Statham does something else, like Jackman did “The Greatest Show”, I’d still see Statham as the same hit man/mercenary trying to right a wrong or revenge.

If I had to pick I still think Tom Hiddleston would have been the best new Bond, but there are now another dozen actors in the running and Tom no longer seems to be on that list. So, hopefully the Director and Producers can select someone who can keep the role going for at least another decade to come.

I don't think he'd get away with it he's too brutal and too obvious. Although I'd love to see them do it. James bond has to have a certain flair.
